ABOUT STEFFIE LOVES
Stefanie McCluskey has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and has created a very loyal following of like minded people. She has worked in most of the fitness industries roles, working her way up from fitness instructor to launching her very own Personal Training and Lifestyle company, Steffie Loves. Stefanie now runs her famous instagram blog "Steffie Loves" which has 25,000 fabulous followers.
Not content in what she has achieved Stefanie is now studying Sport and Exercise Science at University with the aim of becoming a college lecturer in the sport and fitness field and she does all this whilst still running a successful Personal Training business.
Stefanie has been published in The Belfast Telegraph, The News Letter and has been a health and fitness journalist for many years, she was recently nominated for "blogger of the year" at the NI health and fitness awards.
Stefanie's passion is to help people get their lives back on-track, helping them to be healthier, happy people who feel confident within themselves. She prides herself in helping people to change their lifestyles, and especially in being able to keep the weight off long-term.
Stefanie does not believe in quick- fixes, but she does believe in small life-style changes; it is important to set realistic goals that will keep you motivated and successful!

HEALTH AND FITNESS
I honestly believe that health and fitness is a way of life and you have to find the balance that works for you. I am all about the moderation lifestyle, train hard, eat well and enjoy time with your friends and family. I just try to teach my clients that little and often is okay and to get them out of that all or nothing mindset. "One biscuit wont make you put on excessive weight but a whole packet every day may be detrimental to your health".
Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! I will make sure your body and mind find the right balance.
Everyone has their own training goals and aspirations and for that reason all my training programmes are tailored to each client, their size, shape and ability.
I believe that you should be able to run, jump, swim, lift and throw in every direction that you desire, so my training programmes have a full mixture of exercises and training techniques.
We nail the basics before tackling anything too taxing.
My clients range from middle aged females looking to lose a few lbs, males / females competing in triathlons, runners, hockey players and some people just come to work on their mindset.
Not every session will break you, but you will learn something in every session. Knowledge is key.
I feel that nutrition is important in everyones lives but it's about teaching people the right information that's practical to their life and lifestyle. Everyone is different and everyones bodies need different fuel. It’s important to educate people on what a proper balanced diet is and focus on the food positives, instead of all the negatives.
No food is BAD its just the amount we eat, thats the problem.
